Cancellation policy

At PointeBag By Ballerina, we offer pre-order options on select styles to ensure you can secure your favourite bag before it sells out.

Pre-Order Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 48 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled as your item has been reserved and production may have commenced.
• To request a cancellation within the eligible window, please contact us at hello@thepointebag.com with your order number.

Changes to Pre-Orders

• Size, colour, or shipping address changes on pre-orders may be accommodated within 48 hours of purchase, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
