We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Your return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and in the same clean condition as received
• Please ensure the item is free from any marks, scents, or signs of use

How to request a return or exchange: Email hello@thepointebag.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Restocking fees: No restocking fees.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, and meets the above criteria, your refund will be processed within 10 days using the same payment method used for your original purchase.

Please note: Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
